How much? 

rent our space: $250/hour
sun room, sun deck

includes use of:

1 hour set up, 1 hour pack up

ten 5’ tables; two 6’ tables

80 white chairs 

audio/visual and wi-fi capability 

3 cocktail tables and portable bar

vintage furniture inside and outside

table runners, wire lanterns, votive holders*

kitchenette for caterers

venue rep supervision

Don’t forget we are parking challenged. Please abide by our guidelines:

valet fee: (a must for evening events)

$150. per attendant

we strongly recommend at least two attendants per event so no guests waiting

shuttle fee: (a must for daytime events)

patron to provide shuttle service of your choice which parks offsite

and other fees: (always something, right?)

$500 refundable security deposit (key word = refundable)

$25/hour for security guard (for evening or if alcohol service) 

note:  guard staffed 1 hour prior thru 1 hour after event

$100 if alternate furniture configuration set up required

hours of operation:

7am-midnight, 7 days a week
